Booking Conditions

  • We are an independent restaurant and rely on reservations being honoured. We kindly ask that should you need to make any amendments to your reservation that you do so as soon as possible. You can contact us on 01328 738307 to amend your booking and we will be happy to help.
  • Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party and we will be happy to accommodate. Please note that half of our tables are located on a mezzanine floor, accessible via a staircase. If you are unable to get upstairs or have any access requirements please do make us aware upon booking so that we can accommodate this.
  • For all reservations we require card details to secure your booking. These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe and your card will only be charged if the following cancellation terms are not met.
    • We ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers and reservations that fail to give this notice will automatically incur a £25pp fee.
    • For special evenings, such as our wine tasting evenings and New Years Eve, once card details have been provided, any cancellation will incur a cancellation fee of the full price of the tasting menu, unless the table can be refilled.
  • We will contact you a day prior to, or on the day of your reservation via telephone or email to confirm your booking, we are unable to hold unconfirmed bookings.
  • Please ensure you arrive on time for your table booking. We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted.
  • We allow small, well behaved dogs at lunchtime only, not during the evening.

Voucher Conditions of Sale

  • Vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • All vouchers are non-refundable once purchased.
