In just over three weeks our restaurant build will be complete, but what a journey it has been so far... We'd like to start by taking the opportunity to thank each and every person who has helped us along the way. From our fantastic local suppliers and our hugely supportive friends and family, to our amazing tradesman, we can't thank you enough! The transformation from an empty building to our dream restaurant is now becoming a reality and we absolutely can't wait to show you the space. 

This week has been one of the most exciting weeks so far. We've had Jason, our lovely painter in transforming the walls and ceiling. Jason actually used to paint Buckingham Palace I'll have you know, so if he's good enough for the Queen, he's good enough for us! Our custom kitchen and drinks bar has been built (it's actually been built twice after a few last minute changes - oops!) and is looking amazing, and our mezzanine floor is finished and ready to go! The two Kevin's, our carpenters and joiners have done a fantastic job this week adding the finishing touches to some of our feature walls and are now in the process of laying our new floor! We can't quite believe just how fast it's progressed! 

Christmas came early for Dan yesterday as his kitchen equipment slowly starting arriving - he couldn't quite contain himself! The most exciting delivery of the day was our custom built induction suite from control induction, which Dan can't wait to start using! Our next big milestone will be our furniture delivery in a few weeks time and we can't wait to see it!
